• ​An Italian-American engineer by background, Ilaria graduated summa cum laude from Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe's leading engineering universities. She has further expanded her expertise through advanced executive education at MIT, combining a strong engineering foundation with business strategy, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation.

• With more than 15 years of international engineering and technology leadership experience, Ilaria has helped global organizations transform the way they operate through AI, robotics, automation, and digital innovation. She lived in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle-East and Asia and is fluent in six languages.

• She has held leadership positions at Gartner, KPMG, Radial, Locus Robotics, and DHL Supply Chain, delivering technology-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, accelerate business growth, and create measurable impact.

• ​Finally, Ilaria serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business Technology at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where she teaches Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, and digital innovation, bridging academic research with real-world business applications.
